In need of money, Colin Weatherill planned to kidnap his boss's daughter, Ann Gallagher, but ended up giving up on the plan. What he didn't expect was that the crime would actually happen, at the hands of Ashley Cowgill, the local drug kingpin. Now it's up to police officer Catherine Crowther to rescue the young woman, while searching for Tommy Lee Royce, the man she believes is responsible for the rape that drove her daughter to suicide.
